The 2012 Customer Survey results are in...

I always get nervous when I send out the invite to fill out our annual customer survey. The results mean a lot to me as it's a major barometer of how well Melbourne is serving our customers.

Would you recommend us?

The good news is that the overwhelming majority of you are happy. In fact 97% said they'd recommend us to a colleague.

Actually it's about the fifth year running that we've achieved such a high percentage, which is great because it tells me that even as we grow (we've got nearly 30 staff and will turnover about £4 million this year) we're still looking after you.

Are you satisfied as a customer?

In a similar vein, we also asked how happy or satisfied you are as a customer. Again the results are pleasing:

Completely Happy: 59%
Very Happy : 34%
Just OK: 5%
A bit Unhappy: 1%  
Very Unhappy: 0%

(the percentages don't add up to 100% due to rounding errors)
