Site-to-site VLANs

Melbourne can offer point-to-point (VLAN) circuits between the following facilities:

• Melbourne - Ground Floor, Reynolds House, Manchester Technopark
• Melbourne - Greenheys Building, Manchester Science Park
• Internet Facilitators 2 (IFL2) - Reynolds House, Manchester Technopark
• TelecityRedbus, - Williams House, Manchester Science Park
• TelecityRedbus, - Kilburn House, Manchester Science Park

Ports are capped at either 10, 100 or 1000Mbps and transfer is unmetered across the link.

The service is billed per-port, meaning you can have a fixed cost site-to-site VLAN spanning two or more of the above locations.

The pricing table below shows the monthly rental pricing for this service. Please note that the service is billed per port, i.e. you need at least two ports to use the service.

Setup charges

We have no setup charge for bandwidth, however we do charge for cabling in our own facilities, at £55.00 per cable.

If you are connecting to us in a non-Melbourne facility, then you will be responsible for the 'tail-circuit' to our cabinet, which may incur a charge from the datacentre operator.
