What’s Rack Space?
We supply electricity, air conditioning, fire suppression, backup power supply, multi-level security and an internet connection. You supply and maintain your own servers, network switches etc, connecting to an internet uplink that we provide.
You’ll get 24 Hour unaccompanied access to your lockable cabinet(s), facilitated by our online and text (SMS) access request system. This means you can access your servers day or night, without a prior appointment.

Our colocation is subject to the following service promises:
- 100.0% on power availability
- 99.97% on cooling availability
