Unlike many datacentres, Melbourne employs server administration staff who are on call 24/7 and therefore we are able to offer sophisticated management and "intelligent hands" services to colocation customers.
All customers can engage support on an ad-hoc basis at the following fixed rates:
- £35.00 per half hour during office hours
- £75.00 per half hour out-of-hours
However, for complete peace of mind we recommend a retainer-style package, where an average number of hours per month are allocated. This time can be called upon flexibly as it is required.
