Our main LV (low voltage) switch panel which will link into the Utility company’s power feed, has been placed on-order. It features intelligent monitoring capability, meaning we’ll be able to remotely monitor our power usage, or receive alerts if any faults occur.
We’ve also ordered our Volvo 700kVA generator which will power the facility in the event of a mains power failure. The generator is to sit in the car park of Turing House, with fuel for 5 days of continuous usage at full load.
Both of these items are scheduled to arrive in the first week of May.
