Extended support hours

Following a successful trial, I’m pleased to announce that as of 1st October, our office support hours have now been extended to 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). We will have both office staff and datacentre technicians available during these hours to take calls and tickets.

This means that support requests dealt with during these hours will be charged at our office rate, or will be included in your pre-purchased helping hands allowance if you have one. Out-of-hours emergency support pricing and arrangements remain unaffected, with the lower-priced charging band between 6pm and 10pm.

Our support entitlement page and associated PDFs will be updated within the next few days to reflect this fact.
