On week commencing 20th August, we will be moving to new offices to enable us to serve our customers in a more efficient manner. During this period, access to technical support may be limited as our phone lines may be distrupted, as follows:
Monday 20th
Support staffing level will be lower than usual so you may have to queue if you call for telephone support.
Tuesday 21st
Minimal support coverage will be available, with only high and emergency priority requests being dealt with. New orders will not be processed on this day.
Wednesday 22nd
Our support phone lines are being moved, so there will be periods when our normal contact numbers are unavailable. We have set up a temporary number, 0161 333 4554, which will route to our emergency support line, enabling you to contact our support staff by phone should you have an emergency issue.
Please note that no servers will be affected by this move. One or more technicians will be “on-call” throughout the entire period, responding to tickets etc. Out-of-hours support coverage will be as usual.
